2021 Green Miyagi Logo: Earth Teardrop

I am not sure exactly when this image came into my mind but was sometime in the few days before or possibly the day of Easter 2021. Regardless of when it was conceived the time for it to become was quite demanding. I drove from Sherman, through Denison, stopped twice in Mckinney, Plano, Allen, Mid-Cities, and more with the few studios that were open being booked, the ones that had open space were reluctant to tattoo my face. Hours later I and my homeboy Bear end up with the car parked at a meter in Deep Ellum in Dallas, Texas. One artist agreed that he would do a face tattoo that night and that was Biggs so after about a three or four-hour wait at least an hour of it consisting of a nap on their leather couch Biggs was shown a modest template with the teardrop behind it and the concept that would drive it. I told the man to take it from there as he was the artist and I was more like a target at that point.
So near the turn of midnight, the Earth Teardrop Logo was born into its permanent state of being as the new Green Miyagi Brand logo tattoo on my left cheek (face not arse).
The Earth Teardrop represents the sadness I have for the way humans have abandoned our natural connection to our planet as the teardrop holds Mother Earth itself inside of it. As heavy as the sorrow that I feel and I show for those resources that we borrow from our offspring without them having any control, the hope that I hold bears just as much weight, and the actions that I’m taking and what sacrifices made wont be in vain for I have full faith in the ending. More so than hope and faith I have an undying love for the members of the human race that will come after us just like I have a love for those that surround us now. We all feel the same generally, bleed the same, and if I have anything to do with it will see us all shift the paradigm the same with regard to the relationship with our planet and its resources in my lifetime.
